At Athenians Cookhouse, we strive to provide a high-quality and enjoyable cooking experience for all our guests. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both our participants and our team, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your booking, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable due to the preparation, ingredient sourcing, and logistical arrangements required for each session.
  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the class) will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.

Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, we offer the possibility to reschedule under the following conditions:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the class may not be accommodated, and your booking will be considered a cancellation.
  • Each booking may only be rescheduled once. Further changes will be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that Athenians Cookhouse must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, extreme weather conditions, or insufficient participation), you will have the following options:

  • Receive a full refund, processed to your original payment method.
  • Reschedule for a future class of equal value at no extra cost.

We will notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation occurs and work with you to find the best possible solution.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, we kindly ask that you arrive on time.

  • Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be allowed to join the class, as it can disrupt the experience for others.
  • In such cases, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be available.
